I have a Deskjet F all in one printer. I have downloaded both the basic and full feature, and neither one works. Literally nothing. I tried using the "troubleshoot deskjeet option on them and it applies windows XP service pack 2 settings and tell me to try it, but I'm not running windows XP.

I created a new account but still nothing.
